What is Freedom Nights?

Freedom Nights is an annual gathering of worship nights for high school and young adult girls in the Springfield, Missouri, area each Friday night in September.

Who leads Freedom Nights?

Shauna Price and Emily VanderMolen, both ministers with the Assemblies of God, co-lead and pastor Freedom Nights. Their hearts are for high school and young adult girls to step into their full potential as daughters of God by experiencing His power, presence, and freedom.

When is Freedom Nights in 2026?

Freedom Nights will be at 7:00p.m. on September 4 and 11 at Praise Assembly and at the AG World Prayer Center on September 18 and 25, 2026. Both locations are in Springfield, MO.

What is the typical age range for attendees?

Freedom Nights is open to girls ages 18-35 (ish). High school girls, ages 14-17, are also welcome.

What does a Freedom Nights service look like?

When a girl comes to Freedom Nights, it’ll look like a typical worship service she’d attend at a church on a Sunday morning. We’ll worship, a message from God's Word will be shared, and there will always be an extended altar time for girls to encounter God and His presence in a fresh way. Do I need to register to come to Freedom Nights?

No, Freedom Nights is a free event—no registration required!

I’m a mom of a high school girl. Can I come with my daughter?

Yes, absolutely! We are happy for moms to bring their daughters.

I’m a female youth pastor. Can I bring girls from my youth group?

Absolutely! We’d love for you to bring a group of high school girls from your church.

Is it a church who hosts Freedom Nights?

No, Freedom Nights is an independent ministry, but it’s made up of a team of people who come from at least six different churches in the Springfield area—including Central Assembly, Praise Assembly, James River, Evangel Temple, Hope Church, and Fellowship Bible Church.

Is Freedom Nights associated with a particular denomination?

Since Freedom Nights is not run by a church, we are not necessarily associated with a particular denomination. However, Freedom Nights is unapologetically Pentecostal in nature and function, and we teach and minister within the following framework and doctrine: Statement of Fundamental Truths.

Would the Freedom Nights team ever come and minister to a group of young adult or high school girls at my church or school?
